ガゼル・インドア
adidas Gazelleは、1960年代半ばまで遡ることができる、ドイツブランドの最も長い歴史を持つシルエットの一つである。最初のデザインのひとつは、インドアスポーツのために特別に作られたもので、それ以来、このモデルは長年にわたって様々な形をとってきたが、今日のGazelle Indoorの重要な部分であることに変わりはない。
adidas Gazelle Indoorの細身の体型は、他のラインと一線を画す大きな特徴のひとつだ。この形が、脇腹のスリーストライプスロゴ、トレフォイルをあしらったヒールタブ、Tトウのオーバーレイが生み出すクラシックな美学と相まって、洗練されたスタイルを生み出している。一方、スエードとレザーを使用した耐久性に優れたアウターには、質感のあるタンが複雑さを加えている。
足元は、半透明のガムラバーカップソールが特徴的なGazelleインドア。円形とトレフォイル型のグリップパターンが施され、上質なトラクションを発揮する。部分的にシースルーになっているため、ミッドソールの裏側のアッパーの一部が見え、シューズの底部分に魅力的な視覚効果をもたらしている。
2020年代初頭にGazelleが復活したことで、adidas Gazelle Indoorは、スケートボーダーのブロンディ・マッコイから高級ファッションブランドのKith、プエルトリコ出身の音楽アーティストBad Bunnyまで、様々なクリエイティブなグループや個人がコラボレーションのキャンバスとして使用した。それぞれがユニークなカラーリングを提供し、現在ではこの上品でレトロなスニーカーの一般発売版の膨大なコレクションと並んでいる。
